ConocoPhillips occupies approximately 6,000 sq/m over 5 floors of a purpose designed and built building in West Perth.
Julie Roberts was instrumental in this project from determining the brief and space requirements for the client through to the design and documentation stages including product and finishes selections. Throughout the project Julie liaised regularly with the ConocoPhillips representative, architect and consultants. She oversaw fit out sub-contractors on-site and met regularly with the head contractor and project manager, Multiplex Construction.
By organising and attending regular Project Control Group meetings with the client’s representative, consultants and head contractor Julie was able to follow the progress of the project and identify potential problems before they arose which enabled the final product to be delivered on time and on budget. That way the client is always kept informed and any potential delays or unforeseen cost overruns are discussed and approved before further action takes place.
