This project was approx 5,000 sq/m over 5 floors of one of the major towers in St Georges Terrace Perth.
Julie and Melissa both worked together on this project. Julie determined the brief and space requirements for the planning and Melissa translating this into the documentation for tender and construction stages.
Due to the type of clientele and business undertaken by this client the interior, and particularly the reception areas were to translate an aura of serenity. High pressure tense situations were also diffused with the use of fish tanks, which have a known ability to calm.
